Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Shoutfire ("Shoutfire," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned by Stephen Houser in Edmond, Oklahoma, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit shoutfire.com (the "Site"), call or text us, email us, or hire us for drone imaging, mapping, 3D modeling, or related services (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, email, call, or text us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the property address or job site, the best time to reach you, and the details of your project.
Phone calls and texts. Calls to 405-883-FIRE (3473) may be answered by an AI voice agent working on our behalf. When it answers, the call is processed by our phone and AI service providers, and a summary or transcript of the call, along with your phone number and any details you give, is emailed to us so we can follow up. If you would rather not speak with the AI agent, you can email us instead or ask on the call for Stephen to call you back.
Client job information. When we fly a job, we collect the property address, site access details, and the aerial photos, video, 3D models, orthomosaic maps, and measurements we produce ("Imagery"). Imagery shows the property we were hired to document and may incidentally show neighboring properties, vehicles, or people. We do not use Imagery to identify individuals.
Payment and business records. If you hire us, we keep invoices, payment records, and correspondence. Card or bank payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and visit times. We also use Google Search Console, which reports how the Site appears in Google search results; it does not place cookies on your device. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. The contact form records the time the page loaded to filter out spam.
We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, session recording, or social media tracking on the Site.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, quote jobs, schedule flights, and deliver the Services.
- To process and follow up on calls and messages, including through the AI phone agent's summaries and transcripts.
- To invoice, collect payment, and keep business, tax, and accounting records.
- To understand and improve the Site, using aggregated analytics.
- To show examples of our work in our portfolio, as described below.
- To comply with law, including FAA rules, and to protect our rights, our clients, and the public.
Drone imagery and our portfolio
We fly under FAA Part 107 and capture only the property or site we were hired, or given permission, to document. We may use Imagery in our portfolio, on the Site, and in marketing unless the client opts out in writing. We do not publish a client's street address alongside portfolio Imagery. If you appear in, or own property shown in, Imagery on the Site and want it removed, email hello@shoutfire.com and we will review the request promptly.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host, email provider, phone and AI voice providers, cloud storage, photogrammetry software, accounting, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Google, for the analytics and search reporting described above. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- People you direct us to, such as the roofer, adjuster, contractor, or engineer you ask us to send deliverables to.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, as needed.
- Authorities and others when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Shoutfire, our clients, or others.
- A buyer or successor if the business is sold, merged, or transferred.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Site works fully without cookies. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard for it, the Site does not respond to it, though we honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires.
You can stop marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe." We may still send messages about a job you hired us for.
Retention
We keep contact messages and call summaries as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records and Imagery as long as needed to deliver the work, support you afterward, and meet tax and legal obligations. Google Analytics data is retained under the setting we choose in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sales, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none of these). To make a request, email hello@shoutfire.com or call 405-883-3473. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line.
California residents. Shoutfire is a small business and may not meet the thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act, but we extend the rights above to California residents. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.
Children
The Site and Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites
The Site links to other sites, such as Droners.io and Google. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted.
