I'm Stephen. When you're busy or the doors are closed, my AI front desk picks up your Oklahoma City business line, takes down what the caller needs, and sends you a summary so you can call back.
What callers hear
The AI answers on your own phone line, but only when you miss the call or you're closed. It tells callers right away that it's a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, then it asks for their name, their number, and what they need. It answers common questions with answers you wrote or approved, and anything it can't answer gets written down for you instead of guessed at. If a call is urgent, it points the caller to the number you choose.

Setup is $500 one time. The care plan is $149 a month, month to month, and covers updates, a monthly report, and an hour of IT help. You also pay Quo, the business phone app, directly for the phone side, usually about $44 to $68 a month. The free 20-minute checkup comes first, and you're not obligated to buy anything after it.
