After-hours calls answered, with no medical advice.
Your front desk is busy with patients, or the clinic's closed, and a pet owner calls. I set up an AI front desk that takes a message and passes it to your staff. It never gives medical advice.
What the AI does and doesn't do
It answers on your clinic's own phone line when you miss the call or you're closed, and it tells callers it's a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. It takes the owner's name, number, their pet's name, and what's going on, and it passes that message to your staff. It does not diagnose, suggest treatments, give dosing, or tell anyone whether something is an emergency. It only gives the answers you've approved, like your hours and your address.
An emergency number you choose
You decide which emergency clinic or on-call number callers get pointed to when they say something urgent, and the AI reads it out the way you've written it. Anything else gets written down for your team to handle when you're open.
- Messages go to your staff as a summary, so nothing gets lost on a sticky note
- Set up on your own Quo account, so the clinic owns the line and the logins
- Built in person and tested with you before it goes live
Your Google listing matters here too
If the hours on your Google listing are wrong, callers get sent to a line nobody answers. As part of the setup I fix your Google Business Profile hours and answers so they match what the front desk says. It starts with a free 20-minute checkup, where we call your line after hours together and I look at your listing.
I can't promise more appointments. I can set it up so a missed call gets answered and written down. I set these up on site for independent clinics across the Oklahoma City metro, including Edmond, Moore, Norman, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, and Del City, and the general version of this page covers other small businesses.
Price and next step
Setup is $500 one time. The care plan is $149 a month, month to month, and covers updates, a monthly report, and an hour of IT help. You also pay Quo, the business phone app, directly for the phone side, usually about $44 to $68 a month. The free 20-minute checkup comes first, and you're not obligated to buy anything after it.
The details of every offer are on the offers page, and the home page has the short version.
